Medical Fair Asia Singapore至今已在新加坡舉辦12屆(2年一次)，展會規模每年都有大幅度的成長，2018年吸引了14067人，來自70個國家的買主參觀，其中92%來自新加坡以外國家的買主，如菲律賓、馬來西亞、泰國、印尼、越南緬甸、汶萊、蒙古、孟加拉、寮國、柬埔寨、等東協買主。參與廠商更是達到1053家共計16000m2，台灣、德國、法國、英國、澳洲、印尼、印度、大陸、日本、馬來西亞、菲律賓、越南等62個國家的專業醫療廠商參展。醫療市場方面仰賴進口貿易，主要進口精密儀器為大宗，供給都來自國外製造貿易商，本土生產之精密儀器不到整體的10%，進口比例高達96%。
